I work in the Statutory department, supporting clients with their statutory requirements and compliance, such as the annual Confirmation Statements and any updates to company registers. Alongside my regular work, I am currently studying towards an ICSA Certificate in Company Secretarial Practice and Share Registration Practice (CCSP).
I like to ensure that my work is completed as soon as possible to make sure filing deadlines are not missed. I also like to make the process of completing statutory documents as simple as possible for clients, to ensure that the registers are updated accurately.
