Reanda International has announced that it has entered into a Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) strategic cooperation agreement with Reanda Japan.
Completed at the Business Service Forum, hosted by the Beijing Municipal Commission of Commerce – part of the fifth China Beijing International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS), the agreement is the first of its kind between the two Reanda members.
Signed by Mr Huang Jinhui, Chairman of Reanda International and Mr Kazunori Seki, Director of the Beijing representative office of Reanda Japan, the agreement aims to roll out a business plan that will promote the BRI in Japan.
It is hoped that the new agreement will connect Japanese businesses with Reanda members in China and around the world, including Reanda UK.
The signing ceremony was a highlight at the Business Service Forum, which facilitated significant agreements for projects being launched in Beijing and was witnessed by 300 government officials from Beijing Municipal Commission of Commerce, business leaders and industry luminaries.
Chairman Huang was also invited to share his views on the development path of the business service industry in Beijing with other members of the forum.
Robert Bean, Managing Partner of Reanda UK, said: “It is very exciting to watch the developments in our wider group, particularly within the organisation’s stronghold in China.
“Agreements, such as those signed at CIFTIS, continue to play an important role in the growth of our network and will ensure that our clients can easily access new opportunities and the support they require around the world.”
CIFTIS is jointly hosted by the Chinese Ministry of Commerce and the Beijing Municipal Government every year in Beijing and is the only comprehensive service trading platform covering 12 sectors of global trade in services.
Entitled “Opening up, innovation and integration”, this year’s CIFTIS at the China National Convention Center saw more than 100,000 businesspeople from 120 countries and regions attend, including delegates from Fortune 500 companies.
