My role is currently to learn as much as I can about audits and accounts so that I can put this into practice and deliver support to clients.
As part of my role, I have been involved in a wide range of tasks, including the preparation and completion of accounts.
Alongside my support of other members of the audit and accounts team, I am also studying for the AAT qualification – with hopes of one day becoming an ICAEW Chartered Accountant.
Approach to work
I always take a minute to understand the work that needs to be completed and think of a way to get the job done as efficiently as possible, before tackling it head-on.
I enjoy getting stuck in and being challenged, as I feel it identifies my weaknesses as well as my strengths.
