Reanda UK hosts first European meeting of Reanda International

Reanda UK – the exclusive UK member of Reanda International – has hosted the network’s first conference of professionals from Europe.

Hosted at the firm’s new office in Colindale, North London, the event saw a total of 17 partners and personnel from seven European network firms across Cyprus, Italy, Malta, Portugal, Romania and Turkey, as well additional partners from Hong Kong and Australia.

Reanda UK, a wholly owned subsidiary of Top 100 accountancy practice Grunberg & Co, oversaw the meeting which was chaired by Reanda International’s European Regional President, Charilaos Hadjiioannou, with the aim of facilitating mutual collaboration and strengthening exchange between firms in the region.

The meeting was also attended by Franklin Lau, CEO of Reanda International and its Chairman, Huang Jinhui.

Agenda topics included new approaches to enhancing job referrals between member firms and strategies for retaining clients through the provision of international expertise.

Charilaos Hadjiioannou also highlighted the momentum of increasing volume of referrals in the region. The members present also debated future recruitment plans in the region and explored feedback from the network’s newly launched internal M&A forum.

Speaking after the meeting, Robert Bean, Managing Partner at Reanda International, said: “This unique meeting was a fantastic opportunity to meet and collaborate with our European peers in Reanda International.

“During the discussions, we were able to cover a lot of ground and a variety of topics, including the future of the network in Europe, which is looking brighter than ever.

“We remain extremely proud of our association with Reanda International and hope we can host and take part in more meetings in the near future.”

Presently there are 10 network firms from Cyprus, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Germany, UK, Malta, Italy, Turkey and Greece in the European region.

These members work alongside peers in the Asia & Oceania region and the Southeast Asia & South Asia region to enhance collaboration between the independent firms and provide a full range of services to clients overseas.
